Our client is searching for a passionate Sr. EE to lead the board design for our revolutionary product – a wearable device pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Come build magic with them in a vibrant South San Francisco office!

Responsibilities:

• Design and obsess over the schematics, conquering hardware challenges with a tinkerer's spirit.
• Define, own, and develop the HW requirements and board design methodology & infrastructure.
• Lead the charge in bringing up and validating the design, ensuring it flawlessly meets their vision.
• Collaborate closely with vendors and contract manufacturers to source and implement the perfect components, making adjustments and reviews as needed.
• Integrate subsystems and data acquisition from the multi-modal sensors that give the product its edge.

Who you are:

• A rockstar EE with a BS/MS in electrical engineering, bioengineering, physics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of board design experience, including 3 years as a lead designer.
• A proven track record of delivering successful consumer electronics devices, ideally wearables.
• An outstanding team player and communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience deploying multi-disciplinary products to mass production.
• Hold an MS/PhD in a relevant field.
• Have hands-on experience with flexible electronics, biosensing (EMG/EEG), wearables, BLE/RF design, CAD/simulation tools, IMUs, and physical sensor systems with calibration.
