The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced and driven commercial leader to join their Partner team within the high-growth Consumer and Manufacturing sector. This is a critical leadership role responsible for the significant expansion of their portfolio and impact. As a Partner, you will be the driving force behind realizing commercial value for the client’s customers and growing the overall business. You will be expected to:
- Identify and Deliver Opportunities: Originate and close major opportunities for New Product Introduction (NPI) and complex design & engineering programs across mid- to large-sized Consumer and Manufacturing clients.
- Build C-Suite Relationships: Establish, manage, and expand deep, strategic relationships at the C-suite level within client organizations to secure high-value engagements.
- Drive Sector Growth: Play a key role in achieving strategic growth targets by actively originating net-new clients and scaling high-growth accounts.
What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you must be a proven leader with a deep understanding of the innovation lifecycle and a strong commercial track record. The ideal candidate has/is:
- Deep Sector Expertise: A profound and current understanding of new product design and development, manufacturing processes, and market trends across the Consumer and Manufacturing sectors.
- Exceptional Network & Deal History: A significant existing network in mid- and large-sized organizations within the sector, with clear evidence of originating net-new clients and delivering high-growth accounts.
- Technical Acumen: A solid technical background that enables you to quickly build confidence and credibility with client leaders and internal design, engineering, and science teams.
- Proven Delivery Record: A demonstrable track record of successfully scoping, selling, and overseeing the delivery of complex design and engineering programs for Consumer and Manufacturing clients.
