Our client, a consumer device leader, seeks a passionate Electrical Engineer Lead to drive a groundbreaking program. Collaborate with top designers, engineers, and operations to bring your vision to life, from concept to mass production. This hybrid role requires in-office and remote work.

As the Lead, you'll:

• Own electrical architecture and critical PCBA modules throughout their lifecycle.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented electrical engineering team through a defined product development process.
• Craft innovative design solutions, translating them into functional layouts and testing them via firmware.
• Foster seamless collaboration across diverse teams, ensuring clear communication.
• Validate designs through physical prototypes and support their production ramp-up.
• Elevate the team's practices by establishing and implementing best practices.

To excel, you'll possess:

• Proven track record owning and shipping multiple mass-market hardware programs (system architecture and platform creation - expertise).
• Solid foundation in electrical engineering principles (analog and digital design).
• Hardware testing experience with firmware proficiency (I2C, I2S, SPI, UART, USB) and C/C++ programming skills.
• Top-notch communication and organizational skills with strong presentation abilities.
• Mastery of tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
• Demonstrated experience designing PCBA (component selection, schematics, layout, and DFM).
• Adaptability and resilience to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Openness to continuous improvement within a dynamic company.
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability.
